  • Mail form with application processing fee ($25.00 per applicant. Check only.)
  • Include with application a separate check for $100 as holding fee.
  • Bring proof of employment and income to the leasing office

  1. From Washington drive North / From Baltimore drive South
  2. Take MD-295 and exit at MD-32 West toward Columbia
    -- OR --
    Take I-95 and exit at MD-32 East toward Laurel/Ft. Meade
  3. Take the exit toward Laurel/Elkridge/US-1 North & South
  4. Keep to the left lane on the ramp and merge onto US-1 South (Washington Blvd. toward Laurel)
  5. At 2nd traffic light, turn right onto Howard Street
  6. Howard Street becomes Baltimore Street at the curve
  7. Go 2 blocks, turn right onto Woodward Street
  8. Go 2 blocks, turn right onto Lincoln Street
  9. Look for our sign and turn left onto Howard Hills Drive
